The 4th is for FUN!

Indepedence Day is just a short week away! It's the ultimate summer holiday. Between fireworks, backyard BBQ's and lazy pool days, we wish it came more than once a year! We have plenty of fun ideas for you to take advantage of this year. Here are a few of our favorites!

  • Make some goodies! There's a lot of fantastic ideas out there for awesome 4th of July treats. Here is a great link that includes popcorn, popsicles and ice cream sandwiches!
  • Crafts galore. Keep the kiddos entertained with a few afternoon crafts. They'll love getting creative and you'll love keeping them preoccupied! Here's a few ideas we love.
  • Take them to fireworks! There's plenty to do on 4th of July no matter what city or state you're in. Here's all the happenings in our area this year.
  • Backyard games. Stay active and set up a few games the kids will love. This could include cornhole, water balloons, sidewalk chalk or sprinklers. Or go to the neighborhood pool for a few hours!

As for the rest of the summer, we're you're ultimate getaway! The jungle is a great place for heat-free, all day play.
