Wondering how we keep Monkey Joe’s fresh and clean? We use Enviro-Master to clean our inflatables! With Enviro-Master, we always strive to provide your family with an excellent experience in a safe, clean environment. To that end, our inflatables are regularly treated with Enviro-Master product that is EPA registered hospital disinfectant electrostatic treatment. Applied by trained certified technicians using a micro-misting device, Enviro-Master Sani-Guard kills 99.9% of fungi, bacteria, and viruses using a safe, non-toxic solution.
To protect our guests, we have also developed our Safety Access Child Control System. Our comprehensive approach to safety and security includes video monitoring, ID bracelets on every child, trained staff, and certified inflatables with safety mats at entry and exit points.
Friendly Reminders
- Please bring socks for your child to wear. Socks are required in the play area at all times. If you forget them, just pop over to our concession area and buy a pair- we’ve got you covered.
- We appreciate your cooperation in monitoring your child at all times.
- If your child loves coming to Monkey Joe’s, pick up our Frequent Jumper Card! Your card can be used for discounts of up to 40% off on walk-in play. (Not applicable to parties and groups.)
