How To: Get Your Kids Eating Healthy

Getting your kids to eat healthy poses a challenge; but we promise it's not impossible! Especially during cold and flu season, healthy diets are an essential component of keeping your kids healthy. Here's a few tips we have for getting your kids to eat healthy and enjoy it!
- Don't forget breakfast! After all, this is the most important meal of the day. Even if it's just a granola bar and a glass of orange juice, make it count. It'll get them in the habit of eating breakfast every day in the future!
- Get good snacks. We gravitate towards chips and crackers because it's quick and easy. But put in the effort to try air-popped popcorn, fruit, nuts or other healthy snacks.
- Drink water! Staying hydrated not only gives the kids a boost of energy, but helps keep your diet balanced. To make it more fun, try adding some colorful ice cubes or infuse it with fruit.
- Make it fun. Kids love things that are colorful, patterned and have dynamic shapes. So make their recipes fun! There's tons of cool on the go lunch recipes to try.
- Don't give up! If something doesn't work, keep trying. You'll find the secret somehow!
