If time flies when you're having fun, it's no wonder 2015 seemed to fly by! As we look toward 2016, it's time for that annual tradition: New Year's resolutions! Read on for some ideas to help your family have a happier, healthier year in 2016.
New Year's Resolutions for Kids and Families
- #1: Get off the couch- Kids and adults alike spend too much time sitting and staring at screens these days, so in the coming year, make a family committment to get moving! Do fun fitness activities together like hiking, going on a nightly neighborhood stroll, kicking the soccer ball around, etc. You can also get your kids to be more active by choosing energetic activities like visiting our indoor playground in Winter Park.
