One thing most parents can agree on is that getting your kids to eat healthy is not always easy. At Monkey Joe’s Westheimer, we understand this. Between food allergies and developing palates, your children simply experience food differently than adults. We have two fun recipes that you can make with your kids, that are easy, fun to make, delicious, and approved by the monkey himself! Check them out!

Monkey Bread: Of course Monkey Joe loves this recipe! Using a couple of shortcuts, your little monkeys can help, which helps them enjoy the food even more! This is great as a treat, or easy snack to take to a summer barbeque.

The next recipe is so versatile it could be used at any meal or as a snack! Bananas are are high in manganese, vitamin C, potassium, fiber, copper, biotin, and more! They are one of nature’s amazing foods and are very versatile. Incorporate them into a roll up to eat at the pool, or have a fun dinner by making them look like sushi! Check out this recipe.
