Slide Over for Red Sock Week

Posted on Jan 27, 2016

The color red is bold, bright, and eye catching. People connect with it on a visual level, as it symbolizes intangible emotions like love, anger, adventure, and energy. In nature, it is seen as a sign of danger, however, in our society, it can be understood as a sign for help. It is popular among nations, with over 75% of the world’s flags containing its vibrant hues and it is also said to be the first color to ever be noted after black and white. While red has many different connotations throughout the world, during the month of February, red becomes a color of love and happiness as we celebrate Valentine’s Day in the United States.

From February 1st-5th, Monkey Joe’s- St. Louis is getting into the Valentine’s Day festivities with Red Sock Week! During this week, everyone who comes to play in red socks on their visit to Monkey Joe’s- St. Louis will get $2 off admission. The color red isn’t just for Valentine’s Day and candy hearts this year. It is your key to savings, while your little monkeys enjoy a day of tumbling and running around our inflatable playground.

Remember, socks are always a requirement to play at all of our Monkey Joe’s locations. Paired with our Swisher’s SWAT germicidal shock treatment, wearing them helps to create a clean, safe, and healthy environment for you and your child. Health and safety is always a number one priority for all of our guests, and this is one way you assist us in making sure your children stay healthy and smiling.
