Birthday Traditions to Start With Your Child

Here at Monkey Joe's Pointe Orlando, we love getting to share special occasions with local families, especially birthdays! Our indoor playground and party center is the perfect place to host your child's birthday party in Orlando because not only do we make it a day to remember for your child, but we also make it easy for you! By taking care of all set up and clean up, providing a dedicated party host, and including things like tableware, drinks, and invitations in our party packages, we take some of the party planning burden off of you so you can soak up the smiles and make some memories with your child.

• For kids over 4 years old, give them a birthday surprise to remember: Sneak in while they sleep and cover their floor with balloons! Choose a mix of their favorite colors or go with a classic- every color of the rainbow.
• Kids (and if we're honest, adults too!) love birthdays because they are an opportunity to receive some cool new stuff. But birthdays can also be an opportunity to learn the importance of giving back. Help your child pick out some toys they've outgrown over the past year to give to a local charity. They'll learn how good it feels to help someone else, and make room for their new birthday gifts!
• Interview your child to find out his or her current favorites- favorite color, favorite food, favorite song, etc. Collect their answers into a book or album to create a truly unique record of their evolving personality!
