Let’s Talk About Children’s Safety At Monkey Joe’s!

Did you know June is National Safety Month? It seems like a strange thing to celebrate, but we're all about it at Monkey Joe's! We're proud to be a clean, fun and safe environment for the kids, and we intend to keep it that way. We're coming at you today with some info to educate you on how we keep your kids in great hands!

  • We have a signed waiver. This is absolutely necessary for every parent to sign, no exceptions! The waiver is not only meant to inform you on potential dangers of our jumps, but also do educate you on our rules, procedures, regulations, etc. To make it easier for you, we have a downloadable version you can print online. 
  • We have rules! On the topic of rules, we have plenty of them! Knowing children can rough play sometimes, it's important to have guidelines for play time. All of the rules can be found at the bottom of our waiver. Some of these include no outside food or drink, no pushing and shoving, etc. 
  • We have staff! Your kids are first and foremost your responsibility to watch, however we do have staff on the floor to make sure rules are being followed and children are safe. 
  • We clean! We think a huge part of safety is hygeine, especially when it comes to children. We often here comments like "how often are the jumps wiped down" or "is this facility clean enough for my child." We can assure you we go through weekly and monthly procedures to keep our facility as squeaky clean as possible! Check out our recent blog post to learn more. 
  • We have wristbands. This is something unique to Monkey Joe's, and is a great way to ensure everyone leaves safe. Upon arrival, you and your child will receive matching wristbands. When you leave, a staff member will check your wristbands to make sure they match. 
  • We have video surveillance. In the case that any "monkey business" goes down and we were unable to see it at the time, we have videos to refer back to to help solve the situation.
