3 ways to make your team party a winner

  • Plan ahead- The later in the season you wait to plan the party and notify parents of the details, the harder it will be to get everyone to come. You'll also have more competition from other teams when it comes to choosing a time if you wait until the last minute.
  • Show team spirit- Get all of the kids to wear their jerseys or team t-shirts, and ask parents and siblings in attendance to wear the team colors, too! Your group will enjoy representing the team, and it will make for a great photo, which you can then send out to each player as a keepsake.
  • Thank the coach- Coaches work hard all season long to give your kids an amazing experience and teach them important lessons about team work. Show how much you appreciate their hard work by presenting them with a thoughtful coach gift at the party. It could be a ball or matted team photo signed by all of the kids, or a gift card to their favorite restaurant with a card signed by all of the parents and players.
