How to Plan a Winter Playdate

Having children is great … when you have a child you want to give them all the opportunities you can. You want to make sure they can have all the best opportunities at a young age, and that includes playdates. It’s great to set up a playdate but some parents may find that it’s difficult to do during the winter. You want your child to be able to have time with their friends and finding the perfect place where they can be active and have a good time during the winter… a great place for you to make it happen is Monkey Joe’s in Camp Hill!

Scheduling a playdate at Monkey Joe’s is as easy as 1-2-3! There are three things that you want to try to do when you are scheduling a winter playdate at Monkey Joe’s… and here they are!

1. Get a time the works for you and the other parent(s). You want to make sure that the time you all decide on works well for everyone and also gives enough time for the children to have a good time playing together!
2. Do some minor prep work at home. You want your child to have a great time; allow them to have a nice nap and something to eat before coming. This will make sure they are well rested and have a lot of energy so they can have a great time.
3. Relax… you don’t have to worry about anything when you come to Monkey Joe’s! We have great inflateables and the children will have a great time when they are here. You don’t have to worry about them at all; they’ll have an awesome time playing with their friends and you can take that time to talk and catch up with the other parents!
