Celebrate National Ice Cream Day on July 17 in Camp Hill!

Posted on Jul 07, 2016

Summer’s coolest day is coming up on July 17... National Ice Cream Day!

If you are wondering how ice cream managed to have it’s very own national holiday, let us explain. It started more than 30 years ago in 1984 when President Ronald Reagan declared July as National Ice Cream Month. He also appointed the third Sunday of July as National Ice Cream Day, which falls in July 17 this year. President Reagan recognized this cool novelty as fun and nutritious, so he proclaimed for all Americans to observe National Ice Cream Day with “appropriate ceremonies and activities.” And that is exactly what we are doing at Monkey Joe’s in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania!

We will be giving away FREE ice cream cups (while supplies last) on July 17 to our guests! It’s just our way of saying thank you for choosing Monkey Joe’s in Camp Hill as your playground of choice and party headquarters. We really do value all of our guests and always strive to provide an excellent experience for all. So sit back, relax, and enjoy a free ice cream on the house. As always, adults are free and your kiddos will enjoy unlimited playtime with the price of admission. We also feature wifi and yummy snacks in our concessions area for you to enjoy, too!
